Modeller requires a SEM  bogie wagon brake gear kit. The modeller also requires the wiskers type kd coupling.

Identify the top plate and the headstock end. Identify the fold lines at the headstock end and carefully fold the headstock to 90 degrees. At then end of the headstock idetify the return fold line and the second return fold line. Fold the two returns at 90 degrees. One will tuck under the top plate for stabillity. Fasten. Identify the Kd housing plastic part. Some sanding of either the circular locator on the cast body or the Kd housing might be necessary. Adjust to make the Kd house flush with the top of the cast body part. When satisfied carefully glue into position making sure to not jeopardise the movement and swing of the Kd. Identify the bearers on the etch top plate. These require a small fold to sit adjacent on top of the bears on the cast body assembly. Position the top plate in the same manner as the bottom plate. Make the end of the cast and the etch flush and the remainder symmetrical. The headstock should sit adjacent to the Kd housing. When satisfied with the positioning glue. Now should be ready for the detail parts.

The above links will show the modeller diagrams of the etches and will aid the identification of the parts.

Identify the body cast part. Identify the etch bottom plate. The cast body sits of the etch. Position the two parts so the end of the cast and the end of the etch are flush. The middle picture is a good reference. the body is then positioned so it is symmetrical. there should be approx. 1.5 mm overhang all round the cast body. When satisfied with the position glue into position. Super glue.  Then identify the gussets. The location of the gusset is determined by the shape of the  bearer. The photographs show the angled gusset adjacent to the angled bearer. The same applies for the rectangular bearer.  Position all the gussets and when satisfied glue. There should be a spare gusset or two.
